We may have been told to 'walk it off', 'get over it', or 'things happen!'  But these 'things' are the stumbling blocks in our lives.  I want to work with you to help process the crap that is getting in your way.  Let's get you back on track.  I've been trained how to do this through talk therapy (which is more than just conversation) and with EMDR, a modality that works wonders.
