Difficulties happen to us all.  We may have been told to 'walk it off', 'get over it', or 'things happen!'  But these 'things' can become the stumbling blocks in our lives.  I want to work with you to help process the crap that is getting in your way.  I've been using various techniques for some time now, CBT, REBT, NARRATIVE,  GENOGRAM, EMDR. so many acronyms!
